FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you are arriving by plane, please keep your phone turned on so our driver can contact you. The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after your plane lands (we track the flight status). If the driver is unable to reach you within 45 minutes, the trip will be marked as “no-show.”
If you need more time to pass through customs, please inform our driver so that extra time can be allowed.
Please provide your train number so that the driver can track your arrival. Upon arrival at Prague Main Train Station, the driver will meet you at the Burger King meeting point, holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes after your train arrives.
Child seats are provided free of charge upon request. Please note that availability may be limited, so we kindly ask you to request a child seat in advance when booking your transfer. We offer infant seats, and booster seats to ensure your child’s safety and comfort.
We track all flights in real time, so your driver will adjust the pickup time according to your flight’s actual arrival. Please make sure to provide the correct flight number when booking and keep your phone on so the driver can contact you if needed.
The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall of your arrival terminal, holding a sign with your name.
